As he has nearly a decade of professional experience in the Development Sector, his professional expertise includes Programme and Project Management, conducting M&E of programme and projects, designing and facilitating workshops, provision of various training for project implementers, coaching for performance, and facilitating strategic planning and organizational development. His is also experienced in humanitarian projects such as relief, recovery and rehabilitation interventions, DRR training and interventions, Community Based Development planning, and setting up system such as Complaints-Handling System, Feedback Mechanisms and Partnership Policy, etc.
