Kaung Kin Pyar

Kaung Kin Pyar is a self-motivated and cheerful training facilitator developing the training design, preparation, and delivering in the leadership and capacity building development projects. She supports Sagawa Development Co.,Ltd by utilizing the expert knowledge of facilitating methodology, including content-based instruction and result-oriented goals. The astonishing past experiences implemented by her career have impacted in the development of leadership skills and enhancement  communication skills with cross-cultural understanding to 1500+ youths and adults from the countries of Poland, Turkey, Indonesia, and Myanmar.
