Nang Htet Thu Hlaing

Nang Htet Thu Hlaing has been working at the Sagawa as training cum consultant since 2018. Her professional experience in Organization Development such as action research and analyses results, facilitating in the implementing changes process, clarification of role and responsibility, organizational structure and system reviewing, capacity building training, social enterprise training in the business sector (MSME), INGOs, NGOs, and local CSOs, and public sector.  

And, she has been an experienced Behavior Change Facilitator and Program Manager with INGOs and Local CSOs from 2008 to 2017. She is the Certified Trainer not only The Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB), ILO but also Organization Workshop (OW), Power + System In. US.
